Bangkok madness!
Hi Guys, sorry for the recent inactivity, but I was in Thailand! This was my first time visiting Asia, let alone Thailand, and I was not disappointed with what I saw!
The holiday began when we left Bangkok Airport on Tuesday the 8th of April after a 10hr flight with EVA Air - by far the best airline I've flown with! Upon arrival, we headed through security which was a very smooth process. We then headed to the Airport Metro Station and caught a train to Phaya Thai where we boarded the skytrain, eastbound, to Ekkamai (where my Grandad's apartment is). It was great to finally sit down on a comfortable sofa with air conditioning - and FOOD! After getting some food from Gateway - a small shopping center next to the apartment - we went back to the apartment building and went for a nice nighttime swim on the roof, and that was fun!

The next morning, we were still jet-lagged so woke up at 6am and got dressed and ready to go out. We then did a load of other stuff which, to be honest, I can't remember what day it happened on, but it was all good! We visited Temples, parks, shopping centers, more or less everywhere!
After a week of Bangkok
madness, we got a train to Hua Hin, a seaside part of Thailand, where it was a lot less humid and nice! We stayed at the Amari Hua Hin resort and it was really nice! In Hua Hin we went for Jet Ski rides, we went to a water park, oh, and we RODE ELEPHANTS! :D
So yeah, overall, Thailand was great! Sorry I didn't go in to much detail about a lot of the things, but I'm quite busy tonight!
